When an enemy is damaged by the explosion from Ignite, it becomes Burned.
Hidden lore — revealed in game at high Inferno
"The butchery carried out against the faithful by the Judges and their followers brings pain to the heart of any disciple of Adyr, but the truth must never be forgotten, and with that pain comes strength." - The Prime Scriptures.
Effect
What this does is in the description above — what is missing is the size of it. The buff table carries the effect and no magnitude for it, so there is no number to show here. It is a real effect with an unknown value, not an item that does nothing. Not documented
Effect id: RING_IgniteExplodeRadius
