Helm worn by a Calrath Guardsman.
Calrath Guardsmen enforcing the law were once a common sight across the whole city, but as the division between the upper and lower sections grew wider, the inhabitants of the former took steps to ensure the authorities' protection of their interests specifically took greater priority.
