Leggings of Elianne the Starved.
Hidden lore — revealed in game at high Inferno or Radiance
Molhu suffered many failures before a mother and baby finally survived his process and the latter, a girl, was born with an Umbral parasite bonded to her very essence. The mother being of no further use, Molhu disposed of her, before going on to watch over the child with the greatest of care and interest.
