Arm wrappings of a Scourged Sister.
Hidden lore — revealed in game at high Radiance
Considering pain to be a vital connection to the world and thus the Cleric's divinity, the Scourged Sisters are ruthless self-flagellators and self-lacerators who wrap themselves in prayer-inscribed bandages and lengths of pliable, thorned metal with equal enthusiasm.

How it compares
No standout stat — 72nd of 87 gauntlets for physical defence, and similarly mid-table elsewhere. Worth wearing for its set or its look rather than its numbers.
