Multipliers of what?
Of the carrier. A ×2.00 fire multiplier means twice the throwing hand's fire attack rating — so the same throwable produces a different number on every carrier, and on every upgrade level.
The combined figure is not published yet: the multipliers are extracted, but the arithmetic joining them has not been checked against the game.

That drop rate looks low — is that right?
It is. Enemies that cast a spell drop it at roughly 2–3%, and for most spells that is the only way to get one — no vendor sells them. Expect to kill the same enemy dozens of times.
